Fox Broadcasting Releases Two Flash Game Applications Developed by A51 Integrated
January 10, 2012 — Last Fall, A51 Integrated was contracted to build two flash game applications for Fox Broadcasting’s House of Fanitude Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/HouseofFanitude . The House of Fanitude Facebook page, released this past summer, rewards fans of Fox Network Group’s television programming, with contests and prizing.
The first game, Fanitude Match–Up, is a simple memory card game that involves flipping cards over, one by one, to uncover matching sports–related images. The second game, Pyramid of Spirit, provides a more strategic experience, where players must click to remove blocks from below a balancing House of Fanitude cheerleader, to help her reach the ground safely. Upon completion, both games offer the player options to either replay the game, share their score on Facebook, or invite Facebook friends to play the game.
Created in association with Red Tettemer, a Philadelphia–based Advertising agency, the two House of Fanitude games were developed in promotion of college football programming on Fox Network Group’s television channels. Straightforward and entertaining, Match–Up and Pyramid of Spirit were designed and developed to provide an additional interactive element to House of Fanitude’s popular Facebook page.
A51 has been long–time collaborators with Red Tettemer, having developed the virtual world Scapenation for Red Tettemer’s client Tweenbrands in 2009, and seven flash game applications for their Spy Museum client in 2010. Also in 2010, A51 delivered a Flash–based Google maps application built for Pennsylvania Tourism, spearheaded by Red Tettemer.
